Don't forget to check your spam box for the reply to your issue (also, if you've just registered and didn't get the activation email, it's probably in spam).
Also, make sure you select the appropriate contact reason (do not leave it as "I'm a spammer" because your message will not be read).

This contact form is not for requesting account deletion. We don't delete accounts with posts because this action is permanent and functionally irreversible. We don't normally delete posts from threads because this makes other posts difficult to follow. You may request to be banned or have your username changed if your username is personally identifiable to you. If you have posted personal information on the forum by mistake, you can request that be removed.
You can change your own email preferences and address settings in your control panel after logging in.
