Anyone love mushrooms?

Mushrooms have become an important ingredient in my first months as a vegetarian. The best is when I mix them with onions and to top it off with spaghetti and fried korn and a spicy tomato sauce with chilli.
It's also something that is long edible if you put it quickly in the refrigerator. Two days later, it's still edible and usually the whole pot is already empty by than.
Being a Vegetarian is improvising, I never kept myself busy with food and the last six months I had to and discovered delicious things like this.
