Vegan

Post by Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz »

Yo.

I am considering Vegan.

I have not been to eat meat for a while now.

I only really miss bacon, vegetarian bacon is not the same. Also pork scratchings.

I do not really have been killed such a problem with the animal, but it has a terrible way they were killed. If they were killed more humane, I would not be very reluctant to eat meat.

PEACE!

That's great, I hope you will.
We could help you with nutrition advice -- such as eat many beans and nuts, which provide protein and healthy fat, and take B-12 supplements.

If you just miss those things, maybe you can be vegan except for those things every now and then at first. It would eliminate 99% of the meat. And you could reduce the portions.

I would suggest trying Indian food. Lots of flavor, filling, and once you go for a reasonable period of time without eating meat, even bacon starts to lose it appeal.
Alcohol may have been a factor.

Taxation is theft.

I know some Indians who carry Indian spices which they sprinkle on whatever it is they order to make it more likeable. I was very amused the first time I noticed. :)

As well as Indian foods, Thai food is vegan friendly too - plus tasty too!
