Your Favourite Vegan Meal?

What are your favourite vegan meals (either ordered or made from scratch)?

Mine are:
1) Indian food from my favourite local restaurant
2) Chinese food from my favourite local restaurant
3) homemade pizza
4) BBQ veggies and vegan burgers
5) vegan pasta loaded with veggies
6) raw food from local restaurant

vegan chilli is awesome. Ive never had coconut soup. Do you make it yourself? Id love to try if you have a recipe.
Im not a fan of ginger, but I love stir fry.

I have an amazing recipe for Coconut soup. I'll be making it sometime this week. I'll post a picture and ingredients along with it

I'm pretty sure I could eat Thai food most days. Other than that, my love list of food is pretty typical.

Breakfast:
-Pancakes
-Crepes
-Scones

Lunch/Dinner:
-Stuffed shells
-Stuffed crescent rolls
-Macaroni and cheese
-Gnocchi with pesto

Everything except for the Thai food is home made. I don't think I could compete with some of these Thai places!

I am also interested in this coconut soup, by the way.

if your ever in VA check out the loving hut in falls church. Entirely Vegan and fu****** delicious. "steak" sandwiches, asian food, and desserts that are unnoticeable as vegan. cheesecake, cake, cannoli etc...

We had/have a Loving Hut in Toronto as well. It was pretty good. Not a fan of the cult that runs it, even though they have a vegan message.

Supreme Master TV. I thought that the "supreme master" they were referring to was a god, but they are really talking about their leader, the blond-haired asian women who appears on all their programs and flyers.
