Hi, I have eggs now and then because I'm lazy and they are easy to cook. I wish to look for alternatives that is minimum of effort, and filling.
My breakfast tends to be a lot of the same meal so, what are some breakfasts you guys have in the morning? I'd like to see some diversity. (:
What breakfest do you have?

I usually have some toasts with soy/peanut butter and some orange juice.
I sometimes eat some fruits or a salad. Nothing special.
However, this is when I wake up in time to have a breakfast

I alternate between homemade oatmeal and a kale/fruit blended shake.

Anything that tends to be reasonably convenient from the fridge, Preferably something that I enjoy. I almost always wake up in the afternoon and I don't eat much in general.

For breakfast I usually have some "bacon" with a bagel and some fruit juice.

I eat bagels a lot with different things on top from humus to vegan cream cheese, I also try to eat an avocado a day which I mostly eat in the mornings.

My typical breakfast is either a fruit & greens smoothie, or a bowl of whole-grain cereal with rice milk and some fruit or berries added.
A good, quick, filling breakfast are my green garbanzo pancakes. I make the batter by blending cooked garbanzo beans, spinach, oats, and either water or a milk substitute, and then cooking it up on a skillet. I make a syrup by blending a whole peeled orange with a bit of maple or agave nectar.

I don't know if I can stand the taste of unsweetened almond/soy milk it just doesn't taste right to me for some reason :/TheVeganAtheist wrote:never been a fan of rice milk. you get used to it. When i first went vegan, i drank sweetened soy, and then moved to sweetened almond, and now to unsweetened almond. If i try the sweet stuff, it tastes way to sweet to enjoy...
