Garden of life kind organics
I am so in love with this brand of organic non gmo supplements.

"A few years ago, we began our relationship with an innovator who holds multiple international patents for this novel process of harvesting vitamins from organic fruits and herbs. His research meant that we could now offer a rich concentration of nutrients that came from real, honest, nutritious food!

Each Kind Organics multivitamin formula is made from real food - over 30 fruits, vegetables and herbs - making them rich in powerful plant-derived phytochemicals and cofactors such as antioxidants, carotenoids, flavanols, isoflavones, catechins, anthocyanins, polyphenols, vitamins and trace minerals. All of this goodness is wrapped up using Garden of Life’s patent-pending Clean Tablet Technology™."

I started taking the prenatal vitamins during my first trimester and I continue to take them even though I am no longer pregnant or nursing.
Why?
I recommend taking the prenatal supplement because it has more vitamins and minerals than the regular multivitamin and if you're going to be buying supplements why not take the most nutritious one? There are no hormones in these supplements either. Just because they are marketed towards pregnant and nursing woman does not mean they are the only ones that can take it.
Vegan D3:
It's a vanilla flavored spray that also contains omega 3,6,7,9! The spray bottle contains 1000 IU of vegan D3 blend 4mg of omega-3 fatty acids [that is the highest daily recommended dose] 200mg of omega-6 138mg omega-7 and 140mg of omega-9.
Vegan b12 Methylcobalamin:
This spray is a berry flavored and contains 500mg of Methylcobalamin: Vitamin B-12 (cobalamin) is a water soluble B vitamin that is essential for energy, metabolism, formation of healthy blood cells and DNA synthesis. Methylcobalamin is the active, natural form of B-12 (equivalent to the B-12 in your body).

The main reason I wanted to post this is for my over seas friends! [volenta ;) ]
You can now order these supplements from an amazon or ebay vendor that participates in the global shipping program it works like this, you buy the item from the U.S ebay or amazon store you will need to provide them with your shipping address [no PO boxes] as well as the address to your army post office station. What happens is the U.S seller will ship your paid item to the US shipping center from there, an international shipping provider will oversee the processing, customs clearance, and international shipment of your item! Once it makes it to the army base it will then be shipped to the address you provided! All you have to do is pay with paypal through ebay or your amazon card for amazon!
I've shipped packages overseas with ebays global shipping program, it takes sometime to get there but totally worth it!

Thank you for the info, the company sounds wonderful. Can you give me an idea of the prices?

Also, i've never heard of vit D3, do we not get it from the sun?

The spray bottles are relatively cheap, about $15 each they contain about 125 sprays each so if you're not sharing with anyone that is a four month supply!

The supplements are a bit pricy they run over $50 for the bottle but you get 120 supplements which works out to be about a two month supply. If you are eating enough fruits and vegetables you will have no need to supplement but if you are health cautious like I am and want to ensure that you are indeed getting adequate nutrition then by all means supplement! It's not hurting anybody ~ buying from this company also means you are supporting Vitamin Angels who helps reduce child mortality worldwide by connecting essential micronutrients, especially vitamin A, with infants and children under five. Essential micronutrients enable young immune systems to fight infectious diseases, helping children attain good health and the opportunity to lead meaningful and productive lives.

You can get all you D vitamins from the sun if you got out in the sun. What I love about the D3 is that it contains vegan OMEGAS which to me is a total FTW! [for the win]

I'm not a big fan of the food derived vitamins. It's not that they aren't good, it's just that they tend to be much more expensive than other forms, as well as potentially less environmentally sustainable (since they take more resources to produce), and other forms are proven to be absorbed and used by the body.

It's kind of paying more for almost the same thing.

I love that vegan D3 is so widely available now! :)
It can be synthesized from the sun, but it's better to limit sun exposure since it also causes skin cancer, and of course in some regions, particularly during the winter, it's hard to get enough from sunlight.

The military base shipping method sounds really interesting. Do you have a link on how that works? I'm intrigued.

Well you could look through ebay's help pages.

or I'll tell you!

It is very easy for the seller. All you have to do is ship the package to the US shipping center with the international shipping address attacked and then wait. The shipping center does everything else for you.
The only bad part is it takes a long time for the shipping to process so that means it will take a long time for you to get paid! I have no problem waiting for my money it's like my store is open to everyone in the world. The global shipping program has increased my sales dramatically.
It's even more easy for the buyer, all they have to do is pay and wait.
Don't be a waste of molecules

Maybe I missed it, I didn't see anything about the military bases in there. That's something I'm really curious about; how do the bases factor in politically? Is there a USPS on the base or something? How did E-bay swing that special deal? Or is this accessible outside of E-bay too?
