Sure, less than carrots though, which are themselves less than half of potatoes.
Potatoes are the real carb bombs. Just seemed a little odd to draw the line there, I guess, when broccoli isn't much lower than onion.
Dietary heuristics (like what to count or not) is an interesting topic. It also depends on the individual.
Welcome lilacs. Never say never regarding your journey to veganism. I think veganism would be the solution (final cure) to your disordered eating.
