can't seem to figure out where to download on that page. The link points you to a page that links you to a German page and when there Im not sure what to do.

It would be great if we could make it so that any user with more than, say, 50 posts can report spam, and it would disappear from the forum until it was reviewed (so it doesn't stick around until it can be dealt with). That would make the forum less attractive to spammers.

I'm not sure if there are any addons like that.

That should discourage spammers, since their goal is to propagate links.

There's a good chance, yes. Apparently Q&A registration works pretty well, and without being able to post links, the human powered spammers will probably leave too.

Ive tried installing the first mod, and I dont think its compatible with the newest version of PHPBB, since no new option appears in the POST SETTINGS.

UPDATE:
the second mod doesnt seem to work either. I don't have another option to change the captcha. Maybe I've installed auto mod wrong. I will have to work on this.
