Hey!

Hello to everyone, I'm a newbie here and I'm ready to have new friends here. I'm a newbie to a vegan community also, but I want to believe that I easily will become a good member of it.

Hi Tokiolor,

Your profile reads that you are vegetarian. Have you thought about making a transition toward veganism?
How to become vegan in 4.5 hours:
1.Watch Forks over Knives (Health)
2.Watch Cowspiracy (Environment)
3. Watch Earthlings (Ethics)
Congratulations, unless you are a complete idiot you are now a vegan.

I think it is possible, but as I'm a newbie in this sphere I'd like to know as much as possible about veganism, ask my doctor about such diet and prepare to this way of life, because it requires me to know new recipes and get new habits.

I'm glad you're working on it. Those who take it slowly are also more likely to be successful. Recipes are a big help. I usually recommend finding at least two or three go-to staples with lots of plant based protein that are easy to prepare. What kind of food do you normally like?
