New Swine Flu in China

Apparently there's a new Swine Flu in China:

It appears to be mostly harmless but must be investigated further. No other countries have reported this disease.

Does this have the potential to create yet another pandemic on a similar level of COVID, or more on the level of the previous Swine Flu pandemic?
