I like to add spinach and kale to smoothies, or have a mix of it on the side with dinner. But I've been worried about their Oxalic Acid; Jack Norris says that there is some evidence to suggest that those who have moderately high oxalic acid in their diet have a higher chance of developing kidney stones. How much is 'moderately high'? I have about 2 cups of spinach and kale a day, is this too much?
I can try to reverse that damage by consuming more calcium (which is why I put calcium fortified orange juice in my smoothies, aside from just taste).

You should always eat spinach cooked.
Anyway, the question depends on what else you eat and what nutritional gap you aim to fill with spinach and kale. Why not use Cronometer to see how much you need?

Always? Not even in smoothies?
I don't mind having some cooked spinach on the side with my dinner (as I said), but I have heard cooked is generally better than not. Still, I think I still get most of my greens from the smoothies.
Well, I try to get greens and cruciferous veggies in as often as I can. I primarily use a spinach and kale mix for vitamin K and A, as well as adding a little boost to most every other nutritient.
What other greens should I try?

Not green but red cabbage should be included. This you can eat raw or put in your juice.

Spinach should usually be cooked, I wouldn't make a habit of consuming a large amount of it raw in smoothies. Kale isn't really high in oxalic acid. I don't know what Norris is talking about, there's an order or magnitude or two difference between the two.
