Is it true that Milanovic, the president of Croatia, said that Jandrokovic, the president of the Croatian senate, has no sexual organs, and that Jandrokovic responded by posting photographs of himself naked online? Or is it fake news, as it sounds?

The index.hr news website is, as far as I know, usually considered a reliable one. And the comments seem to imply they believe this is true. I see no reason to believe that is fake news, apart from it sounding so ridiculous. What do you think?
