I’m new here

Good Evening! I’m Sunshine. I am new to this forum. I have been vegan for a year and a half now. I was vegetarian for two years before that. I try my best to avoid all animal based products. I am the only vegan I know and want to read opinions and discourse about being vegan. My nutrition is pretty good but like to learn more about best practices.

Welcome to the forum Sunshine! Well done on going vegan. Do you find it difficult sometimes to avoid animal products?
