Still no other real responses other than that Larks guy whose response was mostly just him trying to convince himself that his job in finance working for an evil as fuck industry that supports fossil fuels is actually useful LOL!!! He just responded to that one part of the post instead of the whole thing and it was full of really bad arguments.

It's strange (or maybe not) that a community that prides itself on stalwart rationality still has its sacred cows that they don't dare criticize but oh well.
