Vegan pumpkin pie? Ingredients and instructions anyone?

Cooked pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spices, sugar, mostly. I'd add a bit of starch to make sure it sets up. No reason it really needs egg or dairy.
If you want to make it more fattening, you can add oil. But it's pretty hard to mess up pie since it's dense and you really just need it to set up in a solid form. Coconut cream can go over pretty well in most recipes.
Just mix it until the mix tastes right, and pour it in a crust.
Crusts are another matter, and can be harder to make. I usually go with oat flour or Okara and melted caramelized sugar. There's a technique to it that usually requires a bit of trial and error.
