- Soy milk (or other plant milk) or water
- A tablespoon of milled flax (seeds like flax are important for vegans, packed with good oils for brain health - no need for fish oil nonsense!)
- A ripe banana, mashed up with a fork
- A teaspoon cocoa powder
- Optional: dessicated coconut and raisins

Breakfast cereals don't (as far as I know or have read about) have any unique anti-ageing properties. They're comprised of grains, seeds, nuts, dried fruit - all packed with useful nutrients and great for you. Some have added vitamins too, which can be useful for vegans (look out for D2 and B12, particularly useful). Watch out for added sugar in many brands of supermarket-stocked cereals. I find it best to stick to muesli or porridge if you're looking for a tasty and nutritious start to the day. Maybe granola if your sweet tooth is really screaming! I often make chocolate porridge with soy milk or water, and it's very creamy, sweet, rich, filling and energy-giving:
