Have they changed, or they just might change if they make it through all of the lobbying and meat industry protests and threats?

Do we have precedent on this? What are the chances of something like this going through?

For better or worse, most of the world follows the U.S. example (even when they pretend to distance themselves), so this is a pretty huge thing. There's a good reason to believe this will spread fast if it happens.
