Does anyone know how one can get certified in vegan culinary. I have convinced the CEO of the resort chain where I work to introduce a vegan menu and to have at least one certified vegan chef at all their resorts.
Also, what are your favorite sites for finding vegan recipes.
Thanks in advance,

vegan chef certification
How to become vegan in 4.5 hours:
1.Watch Forks over Knives (Health)
2.Watch Cowspiracy (Environment)
3. Watch Earthlings (Ethics)
Congratulations, unless you are a complete idiot you are now a vegan.

I don't know how you can get certified, but I like this recipe site:

Wow, that's great!
The vegan society, as far as I know, certifies things (products), or companies, and not people. If you want some kind of certification for the menu, you may need to create a small quarantined food prep and storage area, and then show them pictures of everything and send ingredients lists, etc.

Contact info on that page. Get in touch with them, and they'll tell you what they need to certify your vegan menu.
You'll also get some promotion, and be able to put the symbol on advertisement to say you have a certified vegan menu.
