Great! This is a very important realization.ChipDipSM wrote:I would never consider myself an ambassador of anything really. However after being on this sight and reading different posts I realized that by becoming a vegan I kind of accept that role of ambassador, whether I want to or not.

How to become vegan in 4.5 hours:
1.Watch Forks over Knives (Health)
2.Watch Cowspiracy (Environment)
3. Watch Earthlings (Ethics)
Congratulations, unless you are a complete idiot you are now a vegan.

Re: Do you look unhealthy?
I was overweight before I went vegan, now I have a healthy weight to height ratio having lost about 12kg. I still have quite some excess body fat which I am not sure how to get rid off though. I wouldn't say I look unhealthy, and I have received many comments on how I look much slimmer, taller and healthier than before.

You can get pull-up bars that fit into a doorway, and they don't require screws or anything. Mine costed maybe $15, and hasnt broken yet. Ive tried it with me+20kg, so 105kgthebestofenergy wrote:I think a lot of people don't do any pull-up exercises (like me) because they don't have a stable bar to hold on to in the house.
Meaby building one in the garden/courtyard would be a good idea, if you can. Otherwise, there might be parks in your area with the equipment to do it.
Wearing a backpack of 24kg and do about 10 pull-ups? Challenge accepted
For people that can't do a single pull-up - and it's normal if you don't exercise and are phisically out of shape - there are tutorials on Youtube.

Also for fitness I recommend a youtube channel called Vegan Gains. He gives a lot of good diet and exercise advice and also provides many lulz

A great channel for calisthenics is Frank Medrano (vegan, of course)
