You're grown now, right? There's no time like the present to learn to cook. It's pretty easy.

You can even start with the microwave. :D
I can give you easy instructions.

Do you like Mexican food, or is it too spicy for you?

Three years is a long time. Definitely worth learning to prepare your own food; it's incredibly liberating, and it's a skill you'll need when you move out.

Can't eat/drink the following things: spicy things, tomatoes, onions, peppers, lemonaid, gatoraid, poweraid, ceral and I have tried a few ...what else...meh theres a few little things that give me acid reflux but the above gives me something worse most of these ^ give me diarrhea...

Why is why I kinda dont wanna go vegan as I am already limited by what I can eat. now I need to limit myself more?

You need to determine what the causes of your food intolerances are.
One thing that's pretty clear from some items on that list is that you have citric acid intolerance. If you drink lemonaid (or the other whatever-aids), you have explosive diarrhea for about an hour and feel like you're going to die, right?

What's ceral?

Please clarify which things give you reflux, and which cause other problems.

Acid reflux can be solved pretty easily.

Eating animal products won't help you. You will be healthier on a plant based diet, you just need to avoid the few foods that cause you issues. There are hundreds of different plant foods readily available that you can thrive on perfectly well.

I meant cereal :P you know? Froot loops ect ect ect Tomatoes and onions cause reflux and cereal and aids like lemonade cause a bit of diarrhea yeah exactly...

But I never said I was going to quit vegan just saying that atm its hard to buy vegan foods when I know I still live with mom who believes that meat is a staple but she also adds veggies and a starch to every meal cause thats the way she was raised.

Oh, you mean candy. That's not food. Look at the ingredients: The first ingredient is sugar.
While it's not food (so it's a bad idea to eat those kinds of candy), I don't know why it would cause you diarrhea unless you were eating it with milk.

Have you had plain oatmeal? And I don't mean the packets, but the tubs: 100% oats, with no sugar. Like the big quaker brand tubs.
You can prepare it with boiling water, and some fruit (like sliced banana).

It sounds like you don't have a serious citric acid intolerance if tomatoes don't cause diarrhea. You just have to avoid those junk-food beverages. You can eat lemon, as long as it's mixed in things and not a main ingredient.

The thing with intolerance is just to limit the consumption a little.

As to reflux: The most important thing is to avoid fatty foods (like meats and dairy), which will exacerbate the problem.
A little tomato and onion and spice, eaten with whole grains and other vegetables (the fiber helps prevent the problem- if there's no fiber that's a problem), and no extra fat, should probably not cause serious issues (although I'd suggest going easy on them to start; you have to slowly introduce them to a solid base of low-fat whole grains and vegetables).

Make sure you never drink sodas, the carbonation and caffeine can make things worse.
