Next time I go to the store I may pick a carton and use it for the week.

I have creationists for breakfast.

And it's vegan, too, because they don't have brains. :)

That, or leftovers. I like to make a big pot of something to eat for a while.

Lacking that, though, I'll make a really quick pancake.

Just mix flour with water and pour on a hot pan. You don't really need anything special to mix pancakes; as long as there's enough flour in it to thicken them. It's really fast.

I don't like them sweet, though. I do it with olive oil and some salt or something (any spices on hand).

The flour you use is important, though, to get something rich and filling.

With the right flour, it's kind of like frying an egg.

Gram flour, if you can find it roasted, is a good choice. Also called Besan, Chickpea flour, or Garbanzo bean flour.

If it's not pre-roasted, it takes longer to cook out the bitterness, and you might need more oil.

Oats or oat flour works. Wheat flour, or any conventional bread flour. But those are all a little on the starchy side, and won't really give you the fullness of a good legume flour.
Corn flour is kind of crumbly, and too starchy- usually a bad call for pancakes.

That made me laugh. It seems like an appropriate quote for Mr. Hitchens.

I love almond milk, soy milk and rice milk. Have a small glass every breakfast.
