It's too large unfortunately, I'm not sure what the max size of a smiley should be, so that it doesn't break the text flow. Maybe 32 pixels.
The green one is 20x20 which is already pretty big.

Only six years and some change later, we have new smilies.
They're color changed versions based on one shared on the phpbb site. I may end up redrawing all of them at some point.
The only big change I made was to the devil:
I added horns.
So thank you to jingaling for making some that aren't obnoxious:
https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/styl ... 501e40f8e7
These are GPL3 currently (including
) since they're substantially derivative of a GPL3 work, so, they're "share alike" and anybody can use them right now.
However, if I redraw them they will no longer be GPL3. If you're reading this in the distant future please refer to the link above for the original GPL versions.

I think the laughing smiley should be animated some. It looks too much like just a very happy emote.

I am using the smiles from this website on my website:
https://flatassembler.github.io/AEC_spe ... ebAssembly (CTRL+F "Where to draw the line there?"). Is that OK?
