I have to do something that makes me uncomfortable tomorrow (not my regular job, only once or twice). I have to help my dad class some sheep skins to be tanned, now usually I definitely not do this but my father broke his shoulder tendon, has high blood pressure and has no help with this (plus it's around 700). Now I disagree completely with this but it's my father and he is paying for my uni fees and he needs my help :/

Make a trade with him?
Tell him that it's bothering your conscience, and ask him to have a vegan dinner with you, which will offset any contribution you indirectly provided.
Maybe he'll accept that, as a thanks for your help and to ease your conscience?
It probably has more positive effect him eating vegan for a meal, than you not helping him with this.
