Seems about right.

I'm saying if he doesn't leave office his best bet is congress and the courts removing him, but otherwise he will most likely be shot by a firing squad after a speedy conviction of treason in front of a military tribunal along with the justices and congressmen who tried to keep him in office after being voted out.

Very likely every terrible thing he does only does more damage to the Republican party and himself in the long run.

Republicans electoral advantage is based on democrats winning California by a huge margin and losing Texas by a small margin.

Although unlikely, if Biden wins Texas he could lose nearly all the other battleground states and still win the election. He could even lose the popular vote and still win. Latest polls show Biden up slightly in Texas.

Anyway, unless something radical happens between now and the election I don't see any way Trump can win.

There's a modest chance some Bible belt states might now go blue. It'd be nice for Biden to manage to pick up either Georgia or Texas as a safety net.

There is no real chance that Biden will lose the popular vote (regardless if he wins the EC). Democratic policies are gaining favor with the American public, most of whom are getting exhausted with the conservatism that's holding the country back, and they want change, even if it is slow.

Either that, or progressives are starting to put their money where their mouths are and actually head to the polls and vote, instead of complaining about politics on Twitter. I'm convinced that progressives always have the votes they need, it's just that those votes can't be cashed because the people who would vote for them don't (Voter turnout in this country is profoundly low, especially amongst younger groups).

If Barrett fills that seat then NOT packing the court may no longer be an option for Democrats. It's also not a promise that would be enforceable.

What do you mean by this exactly? The democrats are basically forced to try packing the court? How would they do that?

Expanding the supreme court is something that should have been done a while ago.

Red should definitely not have bet $500 on Trump winning (I wouldn't have bet at all given how close it was... also Red FYI I think it's illegal to bet on U.S. election results if you live in the U.S., Jebus can do that because he's not in the U.S.).
