What about Forks Over Knives? Based on studies and results that doctors have, many serious issues including heart attacks and strokes from clogging, high blood pressure, cancers, diabetes type 2, and rheumatoid arthritis, are avoided and helped to prevent and maybe reverse with this way shown to be so healthy. Do other ways show to that much? This way excludes animal products with having whole foods instead of processed foods.
