99% chance it doesn't go to trial in any way. They'll just call your principal or send a strongly worded letter on legal letterhead, and the administration will have the kick in the pants they need to act, in the very least barring that teacher from participation in clubs and telling the Republican club they have to meet off campus or find a new faculty adviser on campus who will make it clear that all students are welcome in the club.

I still think he should be fired for that.

Thank about it: What if you had to take one of his classes? Or if you wanted to take a government or economics class? Now you'd be intimidated into not being able to take it. A teacher can't be a bully, or have prejudice against students.

Ok... I'll do it. I better not regret this though. ;)

First I'm going to show the video to the administration, or it's not really fair to go over their heads.

Get more videos first if you can. And make back-ups. They may make you delete the video.
And check the school rules to make sure that's not violating anything.

They could physically confiscate the phone and delete the video.

Make back ups.

And you should really call the ACLU first to ask them about it. That doesn't trigger an automatic lawsuit. These things take months.

And make sure to back up on a private drop box too. The school may call your mother and have her delete the file from your computer.
And don't tell them you have a backup if they delete it.

I doubt they would, but I already sent it to myself on FB.

I'll send it to my email too, and everywhere basically.

Remember that guy from the young republicans club who I thought was smart and stuff?

Well... I responded to that message and eventually got to bringing up their meeting today (I wanted to get info on it). He said he didn't go because he crashed his car yesterday?
For some reason I'm not buying that. ;)

When I started telling him what happened, he immediately jumped to that they kicked me out because it was a party.
Damnit. He probably went to the meeting today and they 'got their story straight'. Ugh. thoeuethunatehdunaehu.achu.au

Can I ask why you believe I need more video evidence?
