Yesterday, I went to a local vegan bakeshop and had a vegan "pulled pork" sandwich made from saucy seitan..... It was amazing (and messy).

That bread looks fantastic. Flaky golden perfection.

Not too sure about the filling of the sandwich though... how do you eat that? I think I'd need a fork and knife.

I wish I had places around me that served vegan options, with a good selection.

Had chipotle for lunch today forgot to take a picture of the food before I devoured it sorry
