Vegan Philly Cheese Steak
Ingredients: (as far as I know, since I didnt make it):
vegan bread, marinated seitan, diaya cheese, sautéed onions
Vegan Mock Fish
Ingredients: (as far as I know, since I didnt make it):
tofu sheets, sushi roll sheets, sprouts, carrots, broccoli
Vegan Aloo Gobi
Recipe:
Notes:
- Equal portions of potatoes to cauliflower
- Potatoes cut half, then half again, then 1 cm thick slices
Directions:
o Warm up pot till very hot
o Add oil (enough to cover bottom)
o 1 tsp of cumin seeds
o Add potatoes
(Lower heat- mix frequently)
10 minutes later…
o Add cauliflower
(cover)
10 minutes later…
o 2 tsp of turmeric
o ½ tsp of chili powder
o 1 ½ tsp of coriander powder
o 1 tsp of cumin
o 1 tsp of salt
Cook until potatoes are soft
o (optional) add tomatoes to make saucy)
o Add lemon juice before serving
Vegan Spring Rolls
Ingredients:
rice sheets, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, sautéed mushrooms, peanut sauce
