Hi everyone,
I’m new here, have been vegan for a few years now. But looking at having a child soon, so starting to read up on things and learn everything I need to know.
I welcome any tips or advice from vegan mothers

How to become vegan in 4.5 hours:
1.Watch Forks over Knives (Health)
2.Watch Cowspiracy (Environment)
3. Watch Earthlings (Ethics)
Congratulations, unless you are a complete idiot you are now a vegan.

Hi Felicious, that's great! Whether adopting or having a biological child, I hope you'll find it fulfilling and be able to pass on your love and knowledge.
If you're conceiving, make sure you take a prenatal. It can be tricky to get all of your nutrients in when there's not much room in your stomach.
You might also want to add on a bit of choline if you don't eat a lot of soy. And vitamin D if you don't live in a sunny area, since most vitamins don't contain enough.
