I'm about to pull an all-nighter watching this one. I'll be back with my thoughts tomorrow. If you've already seen the debate, please let me know your thoughts.

That was an enjoyable massacre. The first 49 minutes were a bit painful but after that Wilks found his stride. He successfully debunked all of Kresser's Game Changers criticisms, including:
everything Kresser said about B12
amount of protein from plant based diets
quality of protein from plant based diets
digestibility of protein from plant based diets
Even Rogan admitted that Kresser had been wrong in his previous claims.
This certainly made up for the Joel Kahn/Kresser disappointment from a year ago. Of course, Kahn had a much tougher job since he had to reply to Kresser's bullshit on the spot whereas Wilks (and his team of experts) had weeks to put together a strong case against Kresser.

Good to hear that this wasn't such a train wreck!
How did Wilks have weeks to respond, it wasn't real-time?

Kresser "debunked" the Game Changers on the Joe Rogan Experience on Nov 21.

Wilks had more than two weeks to put together a strong rebuttal. Although it was real-time, Wilks arguments were so strong that Kresser was left speechless throughout most of the debate. I was also pleasantly surprised by Rogan who usually likes to team up with the non-vegan against the vegan. This time he was a fair mediator. This was probably due to his respect for Wilks as a UFC fighter.

That makes a lot of sense. It's often not reason, but relationships, that convince people.
