That's pretty bad. Brains are, I think, the highest cholesterol "food" there is.

There are some non-canned cured meats (like ham and bacοn) that are probably worse, though. Not as far as cholesterol count though, but in terms of additives (though that example contains sodium nitrite, so it may be cured somewhat?).

Yep, they're the only 'foods' with more cholesterol than eggs.
