Hi I'm Dan, been a vegan for 6 years (the birth of my daughter saw me analyse everything). I find it quite difficult being gluten intolerant as well, but always looking for new recipes and stuff as I get bored of what I usually eat quite often.

Also, started a vegan cosmetics brand recently, not sure if I'm allowed to mention it, but I'm here even if I can't.

I don't think it's an issue to talk about any brands as long as it doesn't seem as though you're advertising it (and also it has it's own thread!).

Feel free to start a thread on anything.

Welcome Dan, glad to have you here. We'd be happy to share meal ideas. How gluten intolerant are you? Like can't eat seitan, or even soy sauce?

I'd wait on talking about the brand, since a lot of people come here to spam unfortunately and it can look like an advertisement. Once you have more posts you'll get to add a signature where you could mention it, or start a thread for feedback if you're interested in that.

What makes you think you are gluten intolerant?

Is your daughter vegan, too?
