Best Tea?

Post by Red »

I never liked tea growing up, but I started drinking Chamomile tea when I was 16 since I was told it could help with sleep, and I kind of liked it, so I began to introduce other teas into my diet.

I like most teas that have a softer flavor, though recently I've been drinking Chai tea with some Soy Milk, Stevia, and Cocoa powder before I go to bed, it makes a nice tasty beverage.

What are your favourite teas?

I like green tea in the morning and barley tea in the afternoon. Just a tidbit: the latter is technically what's called a "tisane," which is any "tea" not made from the Camellia sinensis plant (which would include Chamomile!).

I may try that. Do you add anything to it like soymilk or something?

I've actually read that Hibiscus tea has a lot of health benefits, but I have a hard time finding it in my local grocery store.
