Seitanism YouTube Channel

Post by Red »

We've been trying to revive the Seitanism server and we're gonna be uploading debates that we have on there. I'll probably participate in them from time to time, though I am not very confident in my debating skills.
Here's our first discussion we had (I was in the first 15 minutes or so then I went to go have tea)

Once a carnist (one who wouldn't even argue his case) was promoted to a mod or admin or whatever I kind of dropped off.

If you're referring to Kira, he was banned for continually making racist remarks. CT (the guy who banned everyone for no reason) I think was also banned, and Zycron isn't admin anymore. Tristan however doesn't come online that much. :(

Near also invited new members, including some guy named MrBatman.com who is basically a Kent Hovind style creationist (I was in a VC with him once, he said COVID isn't real, at that point I knew I was talking with a loony). He actually had a discussion with Aron Ra (he isn't on the server though that'd be cool as fuck), and the whole debate was basically that pigeon shitting on the chess board quote.

Near reorganized all the roles, so now I'm one of the mods. 8-)

I think Zycron is the one I was thinking of. I can see non-vegans being mods because they have life situations and are working on eating less meat, and that's sympathetic, but an ex-vegan who isn't just a non-vegan but a carnist who thinks it's actively OK to eat meat being an admin is not really appropriate.

Good to hear Kira is gone too. Getting the discord a little less racist would be very good. No more frogs would help too.
