I think I've Forgotten Pretty Much Everything I Learned from my First Year of College

Post by Red »

I don't know if it's because the COVID lockdown has made me more complacent, but I can't help but feel as though I've already forgotten pretty much everything I learned my first year; I still remember *most* of the calculus I learned, up to about the first half of Calc 2, I remember most Physics concepts (I've kinda forgotten how to *do* Physics), a lot of the Chem I learned is slipping away, and I don't remember a damn thing from my MATLAB class. Is this typical?

I suppose that if I were to skim my textbook or old notebooks, it'll all come back to me now, but what's the point of memorizing if you just forget within a month or so?
