It all started about five years ago. I don’t even remember the exact date when the change took place, but I do remember all the important events that made me take this decision. It was a sudden change. One day I woke up and said: “From this moment on I’ll stop eating meat.”. And so I did.

I don't think many people remember the exact day they gave up meat since it's sometimes a gradual process. What important events led you to that decision?

I started to work on my backyard, flowers, composting, growing vegetables etc
Ant it's so great! I began reading more about green culture and a friend of mine sad he's vegan (I was surprised, actually). So we've talked a lot about vegan/vegeterian lifestyle. At the moment I had some health issues, so I was recomended to eat more green and less heavy/fat food. So I thought: why not?
