Monthly update #9 (April, 2021)

Post by thebestofenergy »

Hello everyone, I hope you’re all doing well.

This month we progressed layouts and organization for the Ebook.

We wrote a section regarding ‘potential’ and its use in philosophy, explaining how it is often misused in different ways, and addressing the issues with it.

We expanded on the freeganism section, tackling the deontological stance that freeganism is inherently wrong, and showing how such a stance is not sound in a non-dogmatic moral framework.

A high protein (vegan of course) one week diet plan was written up to help somebody with a calorie restriction diet, making sure that all the nutrients needed fit in 1800-1900 kcal daily.
If you’re looking for a low calorie vegan diet, or you just want an example to follow on how to structure your own, this might be useful for you (it includes a weekly grocery list).

Thank you to all the people participating in the forum and making this community a more active one.
Many thanks to all the people spending their time voluntarily helping out with all sorts of projects.
And last but not least, special thanks to the people donating to Patreon and directly supporting the making of these projects at: https://www.patreon.com/philosophicalvegan

We have a lot planned, and any support helps us free up time for us to work on the Wiki and other stuff, and for future projects to happen.
