My name is Matt but my tag is CalforniaGarfiled so you can call me Cali, Garf, Garfield or Matt. I would consider myself a vegan but I am interested in freeganism lately.

How much flour is needed for the Spinach and Parsley Mac and Cheese recipie? Thank you.

Welcome Matt! Freeganism is an interesting topic, what got you into it?
I'm not sure about the recipe, we'd need to ask @thebestofenergy about that.

It's mainly due to the fact that I miss eating certain junk foods (ex. donuts) and it's either too difficult for me to make them or I am too lazy to make them. And if I can find some in dumpster without funding animal ag, then I can satisfy my craving without harm. Plus I like being like being like a raccoon.

He's been pretty busy these days so he's not going to get back right away. I'll message him and I'll let you know if he responds.

Sorry for the confusion, the flour is just to thicken, so your sauce may already be thick enough (in which case you would need none), or you might need a tablespoon, possibly two if very thin.
Ingredients vary slightly in water content, particularly tofu and the spinach and parsley, but miso paste type and choice of dry vs fresh garlic can make a small difference too, as well as how fine your food processor purees, and your stove/pot resulting in more heat and surface area.

On average, one tablespoon should be fine, but you can probably avoid adding any flour by pressing extra water from your spinach and choosing firmer tofu. You can also eyeball the thickness in the food processor and omit some soy milk if it looks thin enough.
