Private Messaging and Other Questions

I have recently implemented SSL on the website, and I have some questions from the other users:

1) Can you send and receive private messages? (ive sent a couple without response so Im not sure if its down). Send me a private message and I will respond. If you don't get a response from me via private message (within a day), please post that here.

2) For some reason on my pc I cannot access the main site ( theveganatheist.com ) on IE, while it works perfectly well on Chrome, Firefox and Safari. I have cleared cache and browser history, but it just wont enter the site. Is anyone else having this issue with IE?

Okay, so it looks like the private messages are working, however one forum member has indicated that the (0 new messages) was not showing a new message.
Anyone else can confirm this?

You no longer need to send me a private message.

Anyone have some insight on viewing the homepage with IE?

I cannot check if it's working or not until someone sends me a PM. I just checked, and I haven't received any yet.

p.s. Tthe site tells me I'm not allowed to send any PMs because I'm a new user.
