What do you think? How can people living in food deserts go vegan?

Order online in bulk. Beans and grains don't go bad very fast. You would want to sprout, or have a garden for vegetables. Freeze dried would also work, though.

Just watched the videos (couldn't before), I should also reiterate, that I agree with the 99.99% vegan thing. There are actually quite often vegan foods at convenience stores, like tortillas and bean dip or canned beans too.

Vegetables are more challenging, and sprouting might not always cut it.

Grains and beans are great for MOST nutrients, but tend to be low in calcium (which the green veggies pack).
If you're in a food desert and have trouble getting your hands on veggies, a calcium supplement might be a good idea.
